Q2 2006 Highlights

The title of this entry makes me feel like I am making a report for my boss. Kulang nalang graphs and powerpoint presentation with matching animations.

So here's the highlight for each Fleet Girl:

Maan - I am currently juggling my work, MBA classes, gym sked, wedding preparations along side my usual gimmicks with different set of friends. Most of the time I wish I could just multiply myself so I can do everything all at the same time. Unfortunately, tao lang ako. Mukha lang Diyosa. For more info about me, you may visit my blog and/or my Multiply site.

Connie - she is still with Fleet but with an upgraded position as of last year. This year she decided to purchase a Ford Escape. Like me, she is already addicted to Multiply and she has her own Multiply site which she updates every now and then. Actually, the only thing we can think about is Multiply. It occupies our minds and thoughts. Move over Friendster! Here comes Multiply! So check out Connie Unleashed for more info about Connie (sino pa?).

Kartika - went back to San Francisco and is currently working as a telemarketer. She is very much enjoying her stay in SFO and having a taste of independence. She sometimes go out with my brother to check out the gay bars in town. Sometimes I doubt Kartika's sexuality. You wouldn't know, she could already be a lesbian! Before I forget, she also calls and goes out with Karen Venegas (who is also in SFO and is also an ex-Fleet girl) from time to time. New bestfriend? She and Michael are still together but with no specific date yet on when they are going to tie the knot. She also has her own Multiply site which you can go to by clicking this link.

Leny - is married to Alvin. Her new name is now Ma. Elena S. Locsin. Nice! She is now living in New York City with her man and enjoys her new job in Shisheido immensely. I cannot help but be envious with her life. It seems so perfect! Anyhow, she's planning to back to Manila to get married again to Alvin and do the whole wedding shebang such as the reception and the photo and video of the couple cutting the cake and intertwining their arms to drink the wine. Ulk!

So it seems like Connie and I are still in Shell, in the same 6th floor. We still get coffee at the 6/F pantry almost every morning and we go out for lunch. We added into our routine our gym work-outs and our coffee talks at Starbucks Macapagal wherein we cannot help but reminisce about the good old days of Fleet Card.

Leny and Kartika are in the same country but totally different states. They are a hundred miles away from each other. Para mo na ring sinabing makaibang bansa sila nakatira. But the four of us still get in touch with one another via the reliable Trillian and Yahoo Messenger.

So those are the highlights for the four us. Until the next quarter.
